Can you trust what you buy online?

Don’t make this mistake when you buy stuff online

I normally never buy things from Facebook, but I saw this one Facebook video ad about an ionic hairbrush that supposedly gets rid of hair frizz.

There were so many positive video reviews and sparkling recommendations in the comments, so I thought I’d give it a try.

It turned out to be a complete fail.

The left side was combed through with the ionic brush. The right side was combed with a regular hairbrush to compare.

Though I could turn on the brush and there’d be a blue light as well as a small static buzz indicating that the ionic function was on, it didn’t actually tame my frizz.

This picture was taken immediately after combing. Give it five minutes and it will get even frizzier.

I was disappointed, and also inspired to make a video.

Because this is one of those mistakes that I never wanna make again, and this video is to remind me to not trust stuff you see online so easily, even if some reviews praise it.

‘Cause if I did a little more research by checking different sources and reading more reviews, I could have saved myself that money.

So anyway, I made this poetry slam video which goes full force on the rhymes and beat while sticking to the message, hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it!
